Loomr Terms of Use
Welcome to Loomr. By using the app you agree to these terms.
1. What Loomr does
Loomr is a longitudinal pattern journal: it weaves across the journal entries you write or import to surface Loops, Triggers, and Shifts, and lets you ask questions about your own record. Every AI-derived insight is labeled with its source in your own words.
2. Your content is yours
All journal content and insights you write, import, or generate in Loomr belong to you. We claim no rights over your content. You can export everything to Markdown / JSON at any time.
3. AI insights are for reference only
Loomr’s AI weaving and questions work only from your own real entries, but their summaries and answers are for reference and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or any other professional advice. If you need such help, please consult a qualified professional.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use the app for unlawful activity, to circumvent quota or security mechanisms, or to reverse-engineer, attack, or abuse the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
5. Subscriptions & billing
Loomr Pro is an auto-renewing subscription: $7.99/month or $39.99/year (USD; the actual price shown in the App Store governs), with a 7-day free trial. Payment is processed by the Apple App Store and renews automatically 24 hours before the end of each period unless you cancel first. Cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions; Pro stays usable until the end of the current period. Refunds follow Apple’s rules.
6. Intellectual property
Loomr’s interface, branding, icons, and underlying technology belong to the Loomr team. These terms grant you no license beyond normal use of the app.
7. Account security
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials safe. If you notice unauthorized use, contact us immediately.
8. Changes & termination
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the service at any time. Significant changes will be announced in the app in advance.
9. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
Loomr is provided “as is” without warranty of uninterrupted, timely, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
