1. How does the AI quota work?
Writing, importing, and browsing your timeline are always free and unlimited. Only the two AI actions — Pattern Weave and Reckoning — share one monthly quota that resets at the start of each month. Loomr Pro unlocks unlimited weaves and questions.
2. Are my journals uploaded to a server?
No. Entries stay on your device by default. When you weave or ask, Loomr sends only the text snippet needed for that one call — through our gateway to a third-party model — used once then discarded. Never stored, never used for training. You can export all of your original text anytime from Settings.
3. Will Loomr invent patterns about my life?
Every thread and every answer is required to carry its source. Long-press to highlight which of your words and dates it was drawn from; if the AI produces a claim without a source, the system blocks it and won't show it. When there's no basis in your record, it says “I didn't find anything” rather than fabricate.
4. How do I cancel my subscription?
iOS: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period; Pro stays usable until then. Cancel within the 7-day trial and you won't be charged.
5. Can I request a refund?
iOS refunds are filed at reportaproblem.apple.com. We honor Apple's refund rules and do not double-charge.
6. How do I delete my account?
App → Settings → Delete account. Deletion cascades through your entries, threads, Reckoning history, local SQLite data, and voice / photo attachments.
